John 4:25

The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things.

Isaiah cried "Who hath believed our report and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed (Isaiah 53:1)." In the verse above, looking into each others eyes, the created is beholding the creator of all things unaware and telling Him that she knows that the messiah which is called Christ is coming, but she did not personally know him while being in his presence. Just as Hagar needed her eyes opened the woman at the well needed the same. "And God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water; and she went, and filled the bottle with water, and gave the lad drink (Genesis 21:19). Hath God open your eyes to see Christ for who He is and for what He has done for you? He died for your sin, was buried, and on the third day rose again. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
